VOLUNTEER TITLE: Center Support Volunteer POSITION SUMMARY: Help create a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff by assisting with a variety of projects and daily center needs. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with short-term and long-term projects. • Support classrooms as an extra helping hand (not counted in staff-to-child ratios). • Help organize supplies, materials, and program spaces. • Assist with administrative tasks and special activities. • Contribute to a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all. QUALIFICATIONS: • No experience required. • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. • Able to follow directions and ask questions when needed. • Friendly, respectful, and comfortable working with children and staff. • Committed to supporting the YMCA's mission and values. We welcome volunteers who are looking to make a positive impact on children and families while supporting our dedicated center staff.
