POSITION SUMMARY: Provides excellent customer service to members walking into the YMCA. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include scanning membership cards and greeting members as they enter/leave the building. Assist staff promote membership benefits though events, social media and outreach. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to demonstrate strong effective communication skills. Creative, tech-savviness (social media) and teamwork.
